Baby and Me

Service Description

Our Baby and Me classes are a welcoming place for babies and their parents to learn, grow and blossom together. We will be focused on our beautiful babies, strengthening our emotional and physical bonds in a positive, calm, and safe environment. We'll learn how to do gentle and safe baby yoga stretches, age-appropriate developmental play, and infant massage techniques. We encourage our little ones to explore, move, listen, interact, communicate, imagine and learn, using multi-sensory activities such as music and singing, parachute play, bubbles, story telling, scarves, shakers, and more. Our Baby and Me is about nurturing a calm, peaceful and loving space to enjoy our babies, to reconnect with our supportive community through meeting new friends, and to take a moment to pause ourselves to take a breath.
